The fit-out at 120 Lynn Williams for Dogtopia was an exciting and collaborative project that involved working closely with both the franchisee and the consultants to ensure every detail aligned with the brand's specifications. Our team followed the provided drawings meticulously, completing a full build-out that included specialized areas for dog play, grooming, and rest. Throughout the process, we maintained constant communication with all parties to ensure the space met the unique needs of a Dogtopia location while adhering to franchise standards. The finished result is a fully functional, safe, and welcoming environment that reflects the high standards and care Dogtopia is known for.

Dogtopia

Liberty Village Condo's

At Dathryn Contracting, we recently completed full gut renovations on two condo units for First Capital REIT, delivering a top‑to‑bottom transformation with meticulous attention to detail Our team redesigned and renovated both kitchens, two powder rooms, and two full bathrooms, installed new flooring throughout, upgraded all appliances, and built a custom washer/dryer closet on the main floor for both units. Our team also added two split AC systems, modern light fixtures and switches, and updated baseboard heaters to ensure comfort and efficiency. The result is a modern, cohesive finish from fresh paint in every room to the newly upgraded shared common areas. On‑time, on‑budget, and exceeding expectations—these condos are a testament to our commitment to excellence.

The Weston Centre (Lower Concourse)

Dathryn Contracting completed a unit refresh at the Weston Centre in Toronto’s lower concourse, delivering a clean and functional upgrade. The project included new paint, installation of an air handling unit, custom millwork with a sink and pump, a new drop ceiling, and updated lighting. The result is a modernized space designed for long-term use and efficiency. This project highlights Dathryn’s ability to execute high-quality commercial renovations with precision and care, regardless of size of budget or space.

Temple Baptist Church

Temple Baptist Church in Cambridge, Ontario recently completed a transformative $12.2 million expansion and renovation. The project added over 5,000 square feet to the facility, including a new east wing with offices, youth areas, a café, expanded children's ministry space, and a larger, reoriented sanctuary. Dathryn Contracting served as the lead consultant on the build, helping guide the project from concept to completion. The result is a bright, modern, and welcoming space designed to better serve the growing needs of the church and its community
